Bolivia woman accused of food stamp fraud

first_imgBRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A Bolivia woman is accused of committing food stamp fraud.According to arrest warrants, Sheila Emmons Deans, 57, forged someone else’s name on their food stamp recertification form.
